Our Cultural Framework™ provides participants with the ability to analyse, assess and respond to cross cultural situations. Cultural awareness is not enough, we focus on developing cultural competency and skills to deal with culture in all aspects of business life. Expats inbound to NL
. Arrival Orientation This session is to support new arrivals and provide key information to smooth the transition into Dutch life. Delivered by a Dutch expert it covers knowledge, advice, tips, contacts and resources to effectively manage the first few months. Attention is given to individual questions and situations. Expat Skills Program A 1 day course for international employees to consciously manage change, both personally and professionally and adjust to Dutch life long term. This unique program uses leadership skills, tools and strategies to develop a person’s ability to manage personal change, adapt to their new environment and take control of the transition process.

The Exit Program A 1 day course developing the ability to plan, manage and motivate yourself through an overseas move by using change management skills, tools and strategies. Participants assess the opportunities and challenges ahead, identify personal goals, develop a vision, strategies and action plan in order to create structure, routine and successfully relocate. >>More information . .
